Personally, I don't always remember to synchronize my e-mails, so an option where you can allocate a certain time period for synchronizing e-mails.
"On Login" - when you log on, it automatically begins to sync e-mails ready for the day
"Time slots" - varied time slots from 0800 - 2000 - you can schedule this to then sync within the last 10 minutes of your day.

Thanks for the suggestion, we have looked at auto-syncing a number of times but as yet we cannot deliver this in a non-intrusive manner. It would always lock up HRS Connect whilst syncing and this could affect how you work on other tasks. There is an update coming in the coming weeks that will reduce the sync time and deliver some additional features. Once released your system will be upgraded.

The next release has some great improvements in the email area and there will be some options to partially automate syncing in the system, however there will not be an option to set a 'timer', but other actions can trigger a sync.
