What if the dashboard/opening screen had an option to show a snap shot of your hot jobs, and how many candidates you have in for interview at each of those jobs? Alongside this, a snap shot of your hot candidates, and how many interviews each of those candidates have?
From my perspective, this would allow you to get an instant view of what jobs you need to concentrate on, and what hot candidates need more attention.
Maybe you could select 5 hot jobs and 5 hot candidates at any time?
