Currently, some of our Account Managers have other Consultant's working on their vacancies on national accounts. This is often done on split fees, whereby an Account Manager may take 25% of the fee for managing the Client and the Consultant 75% for sourcing, prepping and managing the candidate.
There is currently no option to split these fees once a placement is made, you have to allocate the whole of a fee to one consultant. In order to accurately monitor KPIs, it would be good to be able to split the fees on the system so we don't have to run a bespoke report to accurately track sales figures and KPIs can all be monitored on the one report.
