As HRS currently can make a SKYPE call, would it be possible to have an integration with VoIP soft phones such as Briar etc. This would enable a one click and the call would start.

Please note that the status has changed to 'planned' already, indicating that we have an update planned for the next release, providing additional outgoing VOIP calls from HRS Connect. This means that as long as you have SIP details you should be able to make calls, in addition to the existing Skype integration.
We expect to deliver this update in Q1 2017.

Permanently deleted user Howdi folks, we are soon to move over to HRS from ITRIS and are looking forward to this. Great to see such positive involvement on both sides.
Which is better quality, Briar or Skype?
What are the costs?
Does anyone have experience of both?
