We are using Icetrack as suggested.
However, the messages are not being added into the candidate records.
It would be good it HRS Connect could reconcile the phone number.
When we get an SMS there is usually an imperative action to be done.
"Yes please submit my details" etc
How can we go from reading the txt that was sent by Icetrack to our individual mailboxes to getting to the applicant's record and doing the next thing.
