I'd like to be able to filter the notifications in HRS between emails and texts.
Currently, we work from Outlook do not need to be reminded via a notification in HRS about emails we have already actioned and added to the HRS folder in Outlook.
We would still like emails to go on to the system but It would be great to be able to switch off the email notifications and just have text notifications.
