When searching CVs for keywords in CV Text highlight found text option.

Please make it so that it snaps to the first apperance of word you are looking for in the view. feels a bit 90's highlighting then looking through to find the highlighted text.

  But perhaps set it up to need a click to perform the text search each time a new applicant record is opened (otherwise we could find ourselves at the bottom of a CV when scrolling to the next applicant in a list).
