Is it possible to have a button to take us straight to the training videos?
Preferably in HRS Help function and also on this web page

Martin Smith Aha, the spreadsheet, yes but when you come to view a video you have to find it and the index is not good.
We started off with that and also audited them to highlight any shortcomings (as we see it).
But, when the videos are changed or added to I believe the numbers change.
It would be great to have a button, one click and the index showing, also a date field showing when you last saw it and perhaps a note field.

Ian Diver I should have screen shot the whole thing. I have the hyperlinks to each video.
You just have to update a spreadsheet if they do a system update.

I'd rather they had a button though.
Imagine how much time it takes for all the clients to do this, many dont.
This results in a lot of support emails and the poos support guys having to say look at this or do it like that.
More efficient for us, and for them too in the long run.
Well, according to my logic that is ;-)

Martin Smith It's all changed again, still think a training video link in the help function of HRS would be good, with a search option
